Well I went to camaro/firebird day at NED yesterday. Instead of being smart and registering for one of the camaro bracket race classes i did the open test and tune session. Well needless to say I only got one pass in all day. First time out with the car. R/T.339 60' 2.151(really sucked) 330 5.636 1/8 8.314 @93.30 1000 10.574 1/4 12.470 @ 119.57. I was really happy with the trap speed. I guess if I can cut a 1.9 or better i will get my 11 second pass.

Your car is definetly in the 12's. With a little tuning and some other parts, you will hit 11's. It was a nice run.

hell more runs(with better 60ft) he would be in the 11s,with that trap speed that mid to low 11s,well I take it you wont be in the 12 sec club too muck longer.good job

Yeah thanks Ron. It was nice to have some support up there. Who knows I might be able to make it into the 11s by the end of the month.

I guess i should be happy the stock 10 bolt didnt give out on me!! But seriously i think i have to just go for broke and not be scared to launch the goddamn thing.

Congrats! We are in the same boat. I ran my 12.4 @ 117 today w a 2.0 60. I'm afraid to really hammer it off the line with the 10 bolt hence the bad 60. We're both a hop skip and jump from the 11 mark.

I was there in C/F day. I ran a best of 12.2 @117. Screwed my clutch on my 3rd run. All fixed now. I'm looking for that 11 sec slip too.
