Default Tbss 12.95

I just ran at Atco last night and finally broke the 12.xx barrier.. my first run a 13.000 had me thinking, not again? but I hit a 12.96 & 12.95 @105.7 just DR's UD crank pulley (overdrive alt pulley) CAI-Tune and E-fans... My Vig will be here on Friday, hoping for 12.5's in some good DA, without the nasty headwind I had last night...

I ran this Evo (12.1) left him at the tree, sleeping, but he caught me right at the end

here's that BS 13.000!!

how windy was it?? blowing right back in your face 10-15mph at times...

I bought MT ET Streets 275/40R17 on a 17x8 MB Motoring wheel, only 26" from 30" upping the ratio to around a 4.88 or so.. be honest with you i don;t like losing the MPH I am with these, my 1/8th is off by 1.5mph and 1/4 is same as stock tire? wierd? I am installing a Multidisc 10.5" 3400 Vigilante on Friday, I will try to get my numbers on the stock 30" tires (20" wheels) first to see if I am losing MPH with the smaller tires like I think I am.. just so much easier launching on DR's.. Maybe I will try to find som 28" DR's if someone makes them for a 17" wheel..

Have to say that's a sweet SUV. I think you'll find those drag radials will be even better when launching with the new stall. I would bet that huge headwind had more to do with the lower mph as opposed to the tires. But all in all, I am very impressed with the times considering the limited mods so far.

thanks guys, new Vig is in and will be out as soon as they SEND me a 3400stall.... brake torqued the truck with the E-Brake on and only "crept" up to 2500 ... I know it's one of the best ones out there, but I am sick of pulling this trans out... first the TCI (for a week, was an animal though) then the stock one back in while I waited for the vig, now this ... I could see being a few hundred off, but not 900!

New 3400 9.5"Vig is in there! and it feels like an animal.. Stalls on the brake to 3200 and flashes 3400, shift extensions are 5000-5100 any guess what I should pick up over a stock one? 60'? 1/4? I can't get to the track for a couple weeks..killin me!
Best part is it still feels tight, Jack at PI said their Sator is the reason, nobody has the Torque Multiplication they have, oyu know what I have to believe it already having a TCI 3400 and seeing how 2000+rpm moved it like a snail and 1600 moves this one with authority, can't believe having a stall can be this enjoyable, almost drives stock!

Can tune time tweak the predator tune in my GTO? I also need to get rid of the TM in the tranny and possibly sift point tuning as I will be adding a Yank SS3600.

Congrats, I was there when you ran that night. Yeah, see if they make a 28inch tire for your rims. Your truck is definitely moving!

thanks, at this time only in a 16" rim... I was told they wouldn't fit on my truck, only to find out they "barely" make it over the rear calipers now.. but that's alright, maybe I'll get lucky and MT will make a few more selections in the 17" sizes..

You sure thats really an SUV, lol. I bet there are some F bod owners scratching their heads and kickin some of the tires on their cars cause they can't get those times with the minimal mods you have. Congrats on the runs.
One of the best mods and overlooked by some is the stall. My car took on a different life after the fuddle 3400.
