What kind of mods i have to do on my 2000 Z28 to get into the 12 sec club

 

headers
throttle body
free mods
3400-4000 stall
sticky tires

thats all

 

maybe even good enough for a mid 12

 

lets see so far sometime this mid month imma get this done

-Heads and cam (by synergy)
-ARH w/catted Y-pipe
-Tuning
-GMMG Exhuast
Well everything goign to get done by synergy

Don't think i need stall because i Have M6.
SO far i have CAI K&N
-160 deg Thermo.
-SHort throw
-Ported TB
-Koni's SA
-T1R Toyo's (new)

 

Helps to know if it's a standard or auto. If Auto a stall & tune will do it. If an M6, headers will definitly get you there. Some cars get there stock with a good driver.

 

Oops i thought i said it was stick. . well i got a 2000 Z28 M6 So yea. .

 

It took me a lid, 4.10 gears, mac headers, 27" ET Streets, and a cutout to run 12.5s in the heat of south Louisiana during the summer.

27" ET Streets??? whats that?? I htink there might be a chance to hit 11's with the set up im going. . plus im debating about the gears . .

 

Well im taking it to the shop tomorrow to get it done. . Wish me luck.
