Angry Do Not Buy from PRO FAB RACING!

Hit my credit card in mid July and only shipped part of my order late August. Still waiting on the rest. They do not answer the phone, return calls or e-mails

The quality of their workmanship is horrible. My daughter could weld better!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

Hello Mikey,

Sorry to hear that, if you are looking for some quality suspension items give me a call. I am in PA as well, just above State College so not far from you. I have been wanting to get down there and see you. A good buddy of mine was just down to see you for a tune, Sam, he has the the 99 Midnight Blue Formula WS6, you did the LG cam for him and the tune.

I will be looking for a tune this winter so I will also be down to see you in the near future. Good luck and I hope you get this resolved.

Best Regards,
Ryan

An update: Called Last Thursday and was promised the rest of my order would ship that day. I was promised a tracking number too. Well guess what... no tracking number and no parts... It's charge back time. I'm done with these guys.

Sorry to hear about that man. I guess they might have had a tragedy or something happen, but if nothing like that is the reason for their lack of correspondence, I'd be through with 'em too!

I agree we should try to support our board sponsors, but I also don't think because they are not a sponsor we shouldnt buy from. I would think there is many good companies out there that don't sponsor ls1tech.

I agree. I've seen their work and it is not even good enough for the scrap pile. Poor notching, welds to fill in where the poor notching was done and a number of other problems.

I picked up a set of their LCAs from a guy who had sold his F-Body and never got around to installing them on it. Fortunately I didn't spend much because they were CRAP!!!!! NO zerk/grease fitting (which should have been my first clue but I was new to the suspension scene then) and clunked like a BIG DOG over minor road imperfections, backing out of my garage, etc. These were poly end (I know, I know) and I took them off within a couple days and threw them away. Not worth a nickel in my opinion.............

i've got a k-member and upper/lowers sitting in a box, waiting to go on. took a little while for my too and i too could not get through to them very often. the only real complaint though is that they did not bubble wrap any of the a-arms, and they were slightly scratched. called about it, and was told i could send them back and they did appologize, but i let it go. other than that they look good, but i'm no welding expert.

i've had these about 2 months now, and think i'll get them inspected just to be sure since i realisticly plan on running mid 9's and possibly 8's before i wil be done with the car. think i'll look for the sake of peace of mind!!!

QUESTION: if they get a thumbs down from a chassis shop, is it too late to complain and send them back???????????????

thanks,
Dave

I ordered a K-member and upper/lower A-arms from them and they showed up in 2 weeks. Overall, the parts look pretty nice to me. Sorry to see the customer service issues, maybe they need more staff members.
