missing o2 sensor pug in header???

missing o2 sensor pug in header??? I'm in California so I want to go street legal headers. My friend is selling me some shorty headers but are missing the o2 sensor pug can I just add one? If so, how? What size tube? Threads?
If they're "smog legal" then one side (driver's) may
have the bung, and the other side bung might be in
the cat (passenger's).
If you don't have what you need, an 18mm anti-
fouling adaptor can be cut down for welding to
mild steel, or you can get ready-to-weld stainless
bungs from Jeg's, Innovate, etc.

HA! Agreed.
As a Cali guy I can answer this. If your headers were CARB (California Air Resources Board) approved they would have an O2 bung and they would also have a serialized sticker to affix under the hood proving such an exemption. If they do not have a CARB exemption they will not pass the visual inspection when you go to get your emissions check. Unless you want to swap out your headers for manifolds every 2 years pass on this set and get a CARB legal set.
