Alternate fuel manifolds are prolly same but have different seals to accomodate fuel differences(intake and injector seals)

The flex fuel manifolds are the same #'s as non flex fuel trucks, so there seems to be no difference in the manifolds.

BTW, if anyone is going to buy a new truck witha 5.3L, you know to get the flex fuel version, right?

These come with a "higher capatity fuel system", and larger injectors.

More mods before swapping pumps/injectors
