So ya, can I cc my heads with water, a pipet, and a graduated cylinder? or is it done differently.

thats the way I do it. you'll also need a thick piece of clear lexan with a small hole in it to seal up the chamber.

You can go that route, but you shouldnt have a problem getting to with .25cc just by shimming the head to level on both axis. Use alittle food coloring to break the surface tension and fill until you start to have a droplet or two overflow.

That's how I do it also.
I just put a little grease around the edge to seal the lexan.
It's worked very well for the last 20 years.

I'll bet you've been using the same piece of lexan for more than half of that time!
Thanks guys I'm trying to squeeze every last bit out of these home ported heads.
