Does anybody know a ballpark figure of the exhaust gas temperature of a 14.7:1 burn?

full load and high engine speed?

~1050C or 1922F

I assume this is dependent on the total engine size as well, correct?

why would you want 14.7 at full load and with the engine wrapped up? It needs to be richer than that!

No, not total engine size, but timing and compression will change it.
