Cool Camaro Letters on Rear

Any tips on applying RK Sport Camaro letters, other than removing the wax first. How about any adhesive?

Thnx

clean real well. soak with soapy water and apply decals rubbing water out. let dry for a day or two before washing your car.

If they are the urethane ones then its easy. Just clean the area with soap and water and then some rubbing alcohol. For the vinyls use soap and water to wet the area to move the letter into the position you want. Then squeeze the soapy water out.

Default Thanks!

Yes, the back is sticky, but I was curious if anyone had used additional adhesive. They're a bit pricey to go flopping off in the wind. Afterall, they might get stuck on a Mustangs' windshield and cause an accident .

I was also thinking soap then alcohol to get it squeaky clean. We'll see tomorrow.

Thanks

I painted my lettering almost 7 years ago and it still looks good. Paint is the only way to go, IMO.

Afterthoughts aftermarket ( I think that is the name?) is what I got mine and it was the cheapest.

If it's 3M emblem tape, they aren't going anywhere.

The ones in the picture are actual inserts, not just cheap vinyl.

Go with the good stuff or you will regret it. Stainless inserts ALL THE WAY.
