Carbon Fiber Berger Panel??? I have seen a few pics here and there of cars with a carbon fiber filler panel. Where can I pick up one of these?

I tried a bunch of different searches and I can't find them. Got a link or any suggestions?
I have seen the vinyl wrap before, it just doesn't look right to me. It isn't so much the installs I have seen, it is the material. It just screams fake.
