Trying decide what to get on my windshield as a decal... i have a pewter trans am 01... i was either going to go with TRANS AM.. PONTIAC... or RAM Air... but i was curious if there was any nice ones you guys seen before...

Silver RAM AIR would look pretty good. I've seen it before and will update if I find the pic!

I personally would stay away from any decals on the windshield. Maybe the *only* exception might be a local speed shop that hooked me up or a car club I'm in, and even then it's highly doubtful I'd get a windshield banner. Some small 6" x 3" on the rear hatch would do nicely.

Oh god they are soooo ugly looking. Unless you are advertising for your car related business, stay away.

Thats an example. "ram air"? im pretty sure they realize considering the massive scoops. Why not say "coupe"?

 

i guess we gotta start taking off our chevy emblems because people know camaro is a chevy? i think mine looks good, many people compliment it.

 

that t/a is sexy as ****, it was for sale on here last yr i wanted to buy it so bad but yeah i dont really dig the windsheild banner.

 

That's the only one I've ever seen on an F-Body that looks good. I'm not a big fan of windshield banners. If people don't know it's a Trans-Am, Pontiac, or Ram-Air, then chances are they're not gonna care if they see the sticker.

I agree with SweeTBone though, a local speed shop that maybe did work on the car, or a car club might look good. But that would depend on the look of the sticker. I still say SLP or nothin' though.
