Anyone who wants the link, pm me then I'll pm you back lol. Only photoshopping I did was to blur the plate. If someone wants my plate number thats fine and dandy, I'd like to see them try something.

I looked into building a custom one and I came to the conclusion that it's too tedious and time consuming. This literally took me 15 minutes.

You could have yellow or red or purple as long as it isn't blue and as along as the plate is visible.

I know this is digging it up from a few months back, but would anyone that figured out what parts to use (and where to order it) send me a PM with the same info? I tried PMing DirtyBird, but never got a response

Nothing like making it easier for cops to read your plate at night

They follow me home anyways, even with my dimly lit plate.

Looks good, but it attracts to much attention to my plate.

Don't put yourself in the situation where you'll be attracting the wrong kind of attention. I drove around with a red one in there for like 3 months and had cops behind me and everything and nothing ever happened, don't drive like a jackass......and we don't own Honda's either, people won't follow you home or get your tag number like they do for Honda parts. (Except in Louisiana)

They can already hear me from a mile away, and if they want my plate number bad enough they are going to get it regardless of how bright my plate is.

Bringing this thread back from the dead..... I think I know which assembly to purchase but am unsure. Three different styles to choose from, all of which I think would work.......

WFLB-x24 is what I used from Superbrightleds - I fabbed up my own mount, wired it up, and it works like a champ.

Oh.. I was leaning more towards the MCM series, or even the ALM-RB-x3. But I guess I'll have to do a little more research. Do you happen to have any pic's of yours??

The ones you listed might work, but they might be too narrow, and not shine the light evenly across the license plate.
