Viper makeover in progress
I got tired of cleaning the white CCW wheels, so I ordered a set of iForged Astra 19"/20" wheels to replace them. I also got rid of the blue leather steering wheel and parking brake handle today, replaced them with black pieces. Next week the more aggressive 2008 Viper hood goes on the car.
My new wheels showed up this week. They are iForged "Astra" in 19/20 with brushed centers and polished lips. Tires are Nitto Invo in 285-19 fronts, 345-20 rears. Today I also replaced all the blue interior parts with black parts. Next week the '08 hood goes on.

The Viper has a lower roof and is wider, has a longer hood for the V10. But, the cars do have similar hood creases and such.
As for which I like the best, I like them each for their own reasons. The Viper feels more heavy duty and well built. It has better steering, brakes, tranny, seats, etc.. No electronic gadgets, feels more like a racecar that is street legal. The Corvette rides smoother, easier to get in/out of, attracts far less attention, has modern electronic gizmos and cupholders. The Viper is better suited for a weekend toy, the Z06 is my daily driver.
