Thanks Mike! Wish I could have stayed on the route and hit 10s next month! At least I will try and finish Jasons car the way I was planning on doing mine and maybe he will hit 10s instead. Still, I might have something up my sleve for hitting my goal...

Thanks, I just got one the other day from another member. Before I called it quits today, I got the bracket, ac compressor, tensioner, and ps hooked up, need to bolt the alternator down and install the belt. Then I need to figure out the HVAC system.

I do, but Im waiting for my LS1 clip to get painted and installed before I sell the clip. The hood I can let go bc I still have my stock one somewhere. Just trying to find someone to paint this stuff since I dont have access to a paint booth anymore.

Started the LS1 front conversion last night...Got the core support back in...also re-installed the washer fluid tank I previously took out. Hung the fenders and front bumper also. I loosly fit everything so I could get the gaps even everywhere and tighten everything down.
Only could snap one pic as it got dark when I bolted the front bumper and hood on. I have tomorrow off work so I plan on taking more pictures and finishing the front conversion.

My buddy Jeff (who did the final paint work before) will be spraying the clip for me either this weekend or next. Hopefully I can find a SS hood before then local.

Thanks Rob! I want to get it all done up like a LS1 SS car and have a hockey stripe down the sides with "LT1" written in the stripe on the fender. Kinda make people take a second glance and realize its not just another "LS1 car"
I picked up from a local guy (wish he was a member on here so I can give him credit) a complete HVAC setup out of his car. He was going to a drag car and let me pull the system out of his car. He also gave me the stock power steering lines and a couple small parts I needed as well.
