Default Alpha and Beta shoot!
We have both wanted to do this shoot for a while. My buddy bought his 02 GTP about 4 months ago. It is stock other than an intake.
These pics were taken right outside Atlantic City. Our goal was to get the windmills in the background, but the location wasn't ideal for that. I'm happy with them though.

This pic shows a pretty good comparison of window tint. GTP has 20%. I have 35%

We raced next to each other at atco raceway a few weeks ago. That night I ran a 13.6 and he ran a 14.8. I had my 18s on and he didnt have his intake.

Man you guys are tough. 151 views and only a few replies. I know its a grand prix but c'mon. They were the second fastest Pontiacs in their day.

I owned 2 Grand Prixs prior to my T/A. A GT then a GTP. Nice cars. What's he got planned for the GTP?

Sold my GTP to a friend, so we're gonna have to get a photoshoot like this too.

His next mod is probably gonna be headers. no exhaust though cuz V6s sound like ***. Hell eventually do a pulley and a tune after that. Nothing major.
As for me, I have no idea. We did a little race from a roll and I did not like how much I was NOT pulling away from him . So now i guess i gotta step it up.

They don't sound too bad. My old GTP has a cutout now and actually sounds decent for a 3800.

Race him from a 60 roll and see what happens haha.

yea we did race from about a 60 roll, maybe 50.

haha, well I really don't want to have to buy tires again. especially since my wheels are **** now. and he doesnt have limited slip. (not to mention front wheel drive burnouts are just dumb )

I knew the GTP would take the Trans Am.

I got a question tho, why does the GTP have a front mount lic. plate and yours doesn't? I take since you said your friend that you both live in the same state.

haha, yea were both in NJ, but I refuse to have a front plate. I haven't had a trouble yet really. It actually gives cops something else to give me a ticket for instead of something a little more serious. I got pulled over a long time ago for doing 60 in a 35 (oops ) he gave me a "no front plate" ticket instead.
