AFAIK, there are two ways to do it without cutting: one is to cut a hole large enough for the entire connector to fit through and run them underneath that way...or make a smaller hole and remove the connectors from the wiring, then connect them back to the wires underneath.

The quickest way is to buy a 1.25" hole saw, touch up paint, electrical tape and vacuum hose.
1. Disconnect wires, push out of way
2. Remove black plastic fender liner
3. Drill hole in fender
4. Touch up bare metal with paint, allow to dry
5. Reconect wires under fender and tape well. Suspend wire securely.
6. Reattach wire loom and make a grommet for your hole using the vacuum tubing
7. Reattach your fender liner
It's incredibly easy, especially if you use a 1.25" hole saw, and either have looong skinny arms to unattach the ABS wires, or just suck it up and cut those two wires and reconnect them with the others.

Mostly hexagon head screws. Two underneath in front and in the back, then there are a few (maybe 4?) smaller ones inside the wheel well also. There's a little black plastic piece behind the A/C and TCS area that covers the end of one of the screws, so you'll want to pull that off before you unscrew it so as to not lose it.

here is what i did.
(not removing the plugs or cutting any wires at all)

please get/use a grommet for the hole you leave, i got mine from work and even siliconed afterward.
anyone else relocated their battery ground like this?
