I don't have an answer to your question, but the title of your topic might be keeping the right people from even looking here. Reason being, I don't think you can get a T/A without leather...?

They do exist. When I got my T/A shifter for my SS the parts guy said there was a plastic one for maybe $25. I went with the leather, figured it would look better.

Maybe, but when I talked to him I did say 2000 T/A. Hard to say what he may been looking on the computer thou.
