im not considering it al. but if for some darn reason someone has to ride back there i would like to see how much room they have. i figure with a 4 point and 1 inch high density foam they will be protected and held in pretty well.

me and a few friends usually go on 40-60 miles cruises every weekend to catch up get out of the shop. and they ride with me.

I can't wait for my car to be fast enough to need a cage

Maybe I need to take extra out on my student loan lol

But really, has anyone even run the rear part of the cage through the seatbelt hole, instead of the speaker area?

I don't think that most people are at liberty to do this. Most of the cages in this thread are made by Wolfe, and that is how they are designed.

It's definitely possible, but the cage would have to be custom built, which is going to be a big hassle, and lots of money.

Also, I'm in the same boat. I can't wait until I have a good excuse to get a cage

its not them moving on the bar thats the issue, its your body moving in a crash and suddenly they slip off and you get hurt badly.
