1. Like Jsears8 said, I'm running a 5 pt harness and roll cage.
2. My best friend had an accident back in High School and the air bag drove his crucifix he was wearing around his neck deep into his throat, he had to have it surgically removed! Needless to say I've never been a fan of airbags. Just make sure you wear your seat belt, that's all.

How do you keep the airbag light from going off when you remove the stock steering wheel, heard a sister can be placed in the wire to prevent this? Would the horn still work?

aiight and when u get into an accident your head will look just as cute as your new steering wheel, when its cracked open on it. hence, by passing the airbag are we?

Last year I came across a website that had dozens of posts put up by people who had been injured by air bag deployment in minor accidents. Black eyes were common. One woman suffered a broken jaw from the bag. There is a chemical powder on the bags which is a lung irritant and a couple people suffered serious effects from it. A guy on one of the Camaro boards hit a pothole and the bag deployed causing him to loose control and smash into the guardrail. Last year I was following a Mustang around the track when it spun out and hit the rail. There was more damage inside the car from both bags than on the outside from the crash. I'll take my chances without them.
