If you check out DDMtuning.com they have LEDs that will "dim" meaning they act like dual filament bulbs if that might have been the problem in 2010 when this kit came out.
The problem isn't with the LED's. Its with finding someone to put up the investment to build fancy new electronics for a car that's nearing two decades old.

I got the kit wired up...but:

When the headlights are turned on, the right turn signal will not flash at all, it just stays lit, also when the hazards are on, the right just stays lit.

With headlights off, the turn signals and hazards sequence and look great!
Before wiring up the kit, everything worked fine, zero issues.

Thoughts? Can anyone help? I checked the connections and grounds.

Try switching your bulbs left to right and see if the problem moves with the bulbs.

I got an email back from webtronics. Apparently you could use leds but you need to modify the outter 194/168 bulb to a dual purpose led a.k.a. You would need to custom fit another 1156.bulb in the housing

I have regular bulbs, and switched them from right to left with no joy, so I replaced them with new 3157 bulbs as the kit recommends. The issue is still there.

I quick spliced both sides into the same ground wire, would that have an effect?

The only place the tail lights and turn signals intersect (unless you have a short) is at the socket. I'd check that next.

How did you do your connections? If you used a tap or something like that, one may be loose.

You may have wires mixed up which could easily happen go back and check to make sure everything is wired correctly.

I also spoke with Lawrence from webelectronics and i'm going to try and use the sts1 Kit which is the universal Kit and see what happens with leds.

I'll check the sockets today.
I used the wire nuts and quick splice connectors that were in the kit. I will recheck all of those too.

What is baffling me is the fact that everything works great with the headlights off!

Could my turn signal flasher also be the culprit?

Yes i talked to Larry from webelectronics and the problem lies within the outer bulb not being compatible with the controller... Apparently the outer bulb would flicker or flash with an LED being in there because the outer bulb is used as a dual filament bulb with the new electronic controller. however I am going to wire it so that the outer bulb does not come on with parking lights. So after talking to him about it it should work.

So update to my issue:

I started checking connections and found that the quick splice on the brown tailight wire for the right tailight was grounded.

So I removed it, and everything worked except for the rightmost bulb on the right tailight.

After attempting to splice it back in, it still would not not work. Also, now none of brake lights work on the right tailight at all.

This really sucks. Now I am wondering if the sequential module is bad for the right side.

It sounds like you still have wiring issues. The bitch is that once you put the module in, its a lot harder to trace the problems.

What do you mean? Is that something I can fix?

I am going to the auto parts store today to grab some wire crimping stuff so I can ensure my connections are good.

You might even disconnect the module to confirm that everything on the harness is still correct.

When I installed mine, I put them in between the connectors just inside the trunk space so I could pop them in and out of the car. All I have to do is remove the modules between the connectors and I'm back to stock. (This requires some addition of wires to the rear harness to pull off.)

I think I will do that. Getting back to square one may provide some perspective. If/when I fix it, I will provide feedback. It been raining like crazy here in Hawaii the past couple days, so the T/A is under the carport. Thanks guys.
