the AS1 line is located on the upper right and left hand corner of the windshield. In most states you cannot past that line when tinting your windshield. its considered illegal.

 

so is that the factory tint on the top of windshield?

Because, how your typed it, "upper right and left hand corner of the windshield" then that's the top of the winshield and thus then no tint would be allowed.

not directly to the top, but if you look a few inches down you'll see it. its easy to miss

 

Here is mine, 40% windshield Don't do 45% it is a waste of money. 40% or darker and don't go below 35% THe side and back windows are 5% limo. During the day it is awsome to have no matter what the people on teh outside can not see in. The best example I can give to driveing with a tinted windshield is on a bright sunny day looking through the windshield, it would appear dark like it is about to rain. At night time is a different stroy stay on lite road ways, cause it can get really hard to see. I paid $80 buck to have mine done. Had it a little over a year and half been pulled over several time for other things and not a word has been said about the the tint on the side windows or the windshield.

 

Yep, I sold it a couple months ago. I did well on it!
