thx. ya most of the red wires will be gone by the weekend. i might keep the throttle body/maf wires red and see how that looks. might look cool with a little color under there

Good progress so far. Lose all of the red wire loom. It clashes with the rest of the work you've done. Keep the pewter/black theme going. As others have said, paint the front bumper support brace a gloss or semigloss black. After you have your lid fixed like you want, I would start polishing items next. Invest in a bench mounted polisher and some polishing compounds. Polish your maf ends, tb, evaporator cannister, and if your up for a challenge, the belt tensioner. The evaporator cannister can be polished on the car. I wet sanded mine with lukewarm water with a little dishwashing soap added and went from 320-600-800-1000-1500-2000 paper and finished up with a dremel and mothers billet polish. Here are a few pictures of the results I achieved with this slow, yet rewarding process.
After this, I would finish up with a matching set of fuel rail covers and some billet caps and covers for the rad, master cyl, oil fill, fuse boxes ect.....

there are a few writes up floating around, but basically you drill a hole in the wheel well by the pcm, and run the wires under.
