Mecham hoods are the worst quality hood out! Super wavy and takes a ton of body work to get them smooth. Have you ever seen the suncoast ss hood? It more like the lt1 see hood

So I checked these links out. I like that hood, but I can't see paying over 700$ for just the hood itself. I don't know, I am getting some 17" z06s probably chrome, maybe black with chrome lip, and I am wanting a ram-air hood to finish it off. I won't be doing anymore appearance mods after that, save maybe some racing stripes in black. I have found a few places to get them from, but I have no clue which is good quality or not. I just know what I think looks good. Like on fast toys, I like their camaro extractor hood, and the ultra z. Anyway, didn't mean to rant, thanks for showin me those.
