I had sent nine ball a message awhile back asking for help in trying to get in touch with brian. I let him know the situation but he just told me that brian wasn't a scammer just a procrastinator. Hopefully now we can get some type of help.

I also posted in that thread that was removed last night. I had placed an order with him last year. Gave me the run around for 2 months, then I lost complete communication with him. Wouldn't respond to my PM's and e-mails. I finally got my money back from Mastercard after putting in a dispute. We'll see how long this thread stays up...

Damn it.
My friend ordered some stuff from there for her BF. She told me that after her order, they never sent any confirmation or anything and that he won't respond any emails to her. I told her to just wait a little longer-MY BAD! I didn't know alot of people were having problems...

Sadly, I paid through Paypal that went through my checking account...I have a feeling that I might only be able to file a dispute with them, but not get the money back since I can't fall back on a credit card.

If I lost the $75, the sun will still come up tomorrow. I'm just tired of this shady **** of these threads "disappearing" because this SOB can just come on here and prune off whatever makes him look bad.

You just don't **** with other people's money.

Last night I went ahead and copied the exact thread address so that I'd have some sort of record to try and keep track of it. I think the servers mark the threads with a counter (last night's was 1049448, this one is 1049865). I should have started making note of this earlier when I noticed one that completely disappeared a few weeks back.

Here's a question...has anyone received actual goods from this guy? I would assume so since I've seen posts in the past about some of his products.

Would someone PM me the return address (if he included one)? If he's been getting income from this, I would assume that he's also been paying taxes, so there has to be a record somewhere. If he hasn't been paying taxes...well...the IRS might like to know that.

I thought shipping without a tracking number was pretty shady to begin with. At least ask the customer if they want to pay extra for a tracking number. That's what sucks is I can't prove he didn't send it without a tracking number can I? You think I should file a dispute with my credit card company? I'm gonna have to check if I even payed with credit card or istant transfer.

a procrastinator send the stuff after a short delay, A scammer doesn't sent it at all and claims to have sent something they never did. Brian is proving to be a scammer and its a shame to have someone stick up for him after all of this. Hopefully this will all change....

Tracking with the USPS is 50 cents extra hardly enough to to not get it for everyone.lol

...or at least take away his moderating privileges. People need to be aware of this guy if he's gonna leave his internet site up that will take orders. The money sure as hell went from Paypal straight to him, but after that, there is no guarantee that you'll ever get anything from him.

This same **** happened with Six Speeds Inc...all of a sudden they turned shady and kept people's money without any products or services in return. What the hell is wrong with these people?
