Question need appearance opinions

ok so i just got me an SS hood and SS spoiler. lookin for a paint shop locally so i can get these parts on as soon as possible. heres the problem i'm facing...i was really wanting to do the manta stripe on the hood and spoiler/hatch with the pinstriping around it. my whole car is a silver and black theme, i've got the black housed signals, black halos and i've got the berger panel with the stainless inserts. shes on ttIIs and eventually i wanna get the spokes black and leave the lip polished and the centercap.

my berger panel is flat black and the manta was gonna be gloss black...does anyone have pictures of a camaro already like this? because i've looked and can't find any pics. do yall think it would look good or would the gloss and flat clash in the rear?

if they do clash i was thinkin about just gettin the inbetween part of the scoop painted black. what do yall think i should do? would like opinions and pics if ya have any

How about repainting the berger gloss black and then it would match the manta?

yea i was thinking about that too..i really like how the flat looks with the silver though...and if i did the inbetween scoop part that wouldn't be gloss, that would be a flat black or if i got the decal that wouldn't look glossy

I know I'm in the minority here (the small, small minority) but I think that on 9 out of 10 cars, the Berger looks like complete a$$. It just looks like you went to the junkyard to pick up a new piece and couldn't find the right color. I say go with all silver, maybe the black insert in front of the hood scoop as an accent.

Before I get flamed... yes, I do think that the Berger CAN look good (great, even). But it usually doesn't.

i like my berger and i don't plan on changing it back to body color
i know its a choice on the poll but after thinking about it it really goes with my black and silver theme and i really like the berger

isn't that gonna get pricy paint wise? cuz i was thinking about just color matching the hood and spoiler and only have those pieces painted, not redoing the berger althought the satin would probably be the best all around bet...damn soo many choices

Do a matching black to your berger panel in between the scoop.

IMO the manta looks a lot better than the 35th LE decal, but that could be just me. Although my step dad did take his off of his 35th LE... Btw the decal isn't a gloss its more of a dull black so it would probably work, imo if its like a satin though. But if you are going to do the wheels in a gloss black anyway, you might as well make everything gloss black. The manta is a flat black wouldn't look that bad, idk if its been done before. Sorry this post seems like I'm just throwing random ideas out there haha.

If you are going to paint the Manta stripe on please do it like in the link below! Paint the underneath part of the spoiler too! I've actually thought about adding the Berger panel too but I can't decide which black to do!

Not really, if you prep it right and rattle can it - it will come out nice.

Maybe $40 in paint/materials...but that's if you could do the manta yourself.

op#1 go with the glossy black and later if you don't like how the berger looks in flat black then you can repaint it in glossy black..

op#2. Just get the flat black inbetween the scoop.

Well here's a picture of Nineball's old car I found when I was looking on how to do mine! The picture has the berger panel in gloss black! There are also more pictures on Nineball's fquick page and here is more pictures of the car!
http://www.fquick.com/garages/viewga...id=1&carid=290

And I'm still thinking about adding the Berger panel because to me it seems like there is something is missing on the back of my car. What do you think?
