Default New exhaust tips for sale...

UPDATE: We now offer ALL of our tips with an edge/lip (like everyone keeps begging for like the original CME tips) !!! An extra $75 and any of our tips (CME or Dual Exhaust) can be had like this:

Back to the original thread...

First I would like to show you all our NEW CME SINGLE TIP Exhaust setup...

Introductory price (in 2.5" or 3") of $300 shipped!!! Normal price will be $350 shipped...

Second, we now offer single tips for dual exhaust setups...

Picture the CME tips I sell but split apart... I had them made in anticipation of the new dual exit valance (like the CME but dual exit) I am having made.

This tips will fit it perfectly Anyways, here's some pics:

The above is a 3" but we also have them in 2.5". The INTRODUCTORY PRICE is $225 shipped for the pair, or $125 each (if for some reason you only need one).

My normal CME tips sell for $350 shipped, these will probably sell normally for $275 shipped (like when the valance is available) but I'm getting a "kick off" deal from the vendor to get them on cars and I'm passing my savings on to you all...

This is a heck of a deal with no profit in it for me to just a get a new product out on cars so TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT.

If you want the new CME, a tip or a set of tips just paypal the appropriate amount to madelisle@yahoo.com and make sure to put in the note what it is for and size you want... Thanks for looking

Hmmm.......It reminds me of the stock tips but thinner, they look better than stocks. But I wouldn't have them on my car just not my style.

But they will, ...
Listen to a car with 2-1/2" or 3" single tips.

Then listen to something with the Mecham tips or the CME, ..., You'll hear a difference.

I suspect that these monsters out back will produce a deep mellow tone.

I started to say I haven't either but then again I remember stock Z28 tips sounding different on the same exhaust over slash cut (I had a flowmaster and it sounded better with stock Z28 tips).

Also, the GMMG cars sound better with the better looking tips. Don't know what it effects exactly though...

Rolled no (due to the shape and the fact I am not a fan regardless) HOWEVER in 2 weeks I will have these AND the CME Tips with a new lip to them just like the original CMEs but nicer (IMO).

They will be more unfortunately. To get the lip, the guy is having a piece laser cut and then having to tig all around to put it on so there is much more money and labor involved...

I'll just mark them up whatever I get marked up but for those who just have to have that option (which I think is silly but people wanted it so I am getting it done) it will be available... That's what I do after all

Mark -
You seem to be up on all things GMMG (or at least used to be), do you happen to know the size of the GMMG oval tips? And....how do these compare in size?

Thank ya sir, they look to be pretty nice, and guys you have to remember, up under the bumper no one is going to see those weld lines you all are worried about.

Yep, ovals will produce a somewhat louder and throatier sound than a single 2 1/2 inch tip.

Honestly I don't know... These tips came about just because of the idea of the dual valance. I just had my guy take the CME tips he made and make them enter straight instead of to the sides... I didn't event think of the resemblance to GMMG until people posted but I am pretty sure theirs looks deeper and wider...

^^I think he said 2-3 weeks. Not sure if you could understand my voicemail but I was saying I can always send you the lips (at cost, no mark up) to have welded on to what you already bought if you decide you like them better.

The lips are laser cut stainless steel and then they are tig welded to the tip to look like the cast lip (but better IMO) on the stock pieces...
