Will 26x11.5x16 tires fit on a 16x8 rim?

Should work. Recommended width is 9 inches. FWIW, recommended width for my ET Streets is 10-inch rim, but it says right on the sticker (new tires) that an 8-inch rim is minimum. So I would think dropping 1-inch would be no problem. Unless you're talking about daily driving of course (street tires).

Ideally the 26x10.5x16 ET Streets should be used with 16x8 rims.
The 11.5's are a bit big and tall. They can work fine.
