to keep the shape of the fog light holes use PVC piping. it comes in several diameters, im sure theres one close enough.
You could always make the first one out of fiberglass or a combo of materials, then have it reproduced. that way you can get it in urethane or something.

Verdad Gallardo well i was going to get started on this over the weekend, but it looks like whoever put on the wings west piece used a plastic weld or something so every inch or so is a "plastic nail" type thing. im going to have to spend some time with a razor separating the two.
alright sorry it took forever for the updates, been really busy with school and a whole lot of other stuff. Finally "freed" the bumper from the body kit piece and I'm going to work on the shape right now and I will update with pictures tonight
yea that can be done pretty easy later on, i would just have to cut out the middle of the bumper it seems.

started with a big foam sheet, turned that into a big foam block, and came up with a rough shape:
a little more shaping:
and these are when i called it a night. still need to work on the curves a bit more, then hopefully i will get started with the fiberglass/resin/bondo work
