Make a good plug and we can have it reproduced within a few weeks

Of course, we'd need the community to step up and to 10 pre-orders but that should be a problem with the way this thing is looking

I think I'm just not going to come on LS1Tech for a few months. Between Mark's upcoming products and this, I'm going to end up selling my car for a Camaro...

Looks great man! Keep up the good work.

I'm glad you are using that bumper as a mold. As said before, fiberglass/bondo on urethane doesn't work and say looking good.

I'd be really cool to see these bumpers produced in urethane! Thats the biggest challenge right there to get done. Its not hard to make the bumper mold like you are doing. Anyone with some knowhow like myself could reasonably do that. I'm not knocking you at all. I commend you for your efforts. This could actually happen now that we have a connection to making molds with urethane.

What i'm getting at is, it's a wonder why this hasn't been done sooner! Their's a nice demand for the widebody stuff.

Default update update update!

Only spent a few hours sanding tonight. Wasn't really feeling well to begin with and then inhaling about a pound of bondo dust I decided to call it a night

The general shape is really coming in nicely.

The hardest part of this project, believe it or not, is the bottom half. Simply because I can't find any pictures of the bottom of a dh bumper But I have some ideas

and the best tool ever for those hard to reach round spots....

This weekend:
More bondo, fill in all the low spots, and probably spend the majority of my time checking dimensions and measuring to make this thing perfect.
