You gotta remember, they make dust masks for a reason.

Are you familiar with that West Coast Customs show on TLC? There's a dude on there who builds their speaker boxes, and doesn't even wear safety glasses when using the table saw. Wood dust flies in his face and I point and laugh at his stupid *** every episode.

Moral: Wear some freakin protection .

looks good so far...only thing i really see is that the dh one seems more rounded at the corners...cant wait to see the finished product though! hopefully you and 6le will work something out and get these produced in urethane

Yea I'm saving the corners and the tip of the nose for this weekend.

Since I need a new bumper anyways, I'm thinking about using some expanding foam and filling in the area between the bottom of the t/a bumper and the 6le splitter, smoothing it out, and then paiting it....

Okay, so it is ghetto, but I think it would look cool if done right.

I don't think you'd need to do a whole wide body kit for this bumper to look good.
