See i hate my state. Thats very illegal here in California. If we're seen with blacked out lenses, we get a fix it ticket the first time and the second time we (theoritically) get a real fine. So, we have to be able to take them off. Otherwise i would have clear coated mine a while back. Or i guess i could have to pairs but that could get more expensive than im willing to pay.

Have you thought of making the rear filler panel out of lexan. Ive seen in done on here. Have it black but a giant *** light behind it for backing up

Looks good man, now you just need to bondo the 2 taillights to the center filler panel! Making it one piece would be different!
