Good deal man! Just scrape the foam crap off the two outside mounting points and it will fit PERFECT! Well hopefully

koo, great to hear there fixing the problem. when i got 1 for my z28, it came out fine. small little problem with the paint, but nothing major. just a small spot where you saw that the paint ran some but really nothing noticeable unless you looked at it closely.

i have to agree with the other's, you probably just got a bad one.

i got my spoiler from them painted and it looks pretty damn good - fits great too

I know this thread is old, but i'm hoping to get more details about the foam problems that were breifly discussed. Can someone explain what it is, where it is, what its supposed to be for and why it should be requested to not be installed if painted?

They add foam to the bottom of the spoiler where the studs come out of it. After test fitting you may need to remove it to make it sit lower on the deck. I removed mine and got a nice smooth fit. Also I wobbled out a hole on the driver side a wee bit to adjust the side to side mounting. It all came out good.
