anywho...where are the pics!?!? this thread is worthless without pics
****, I don't see how ya'll are saying stock seats are comfortable. I can't stand mine, but hopefully tomorrow I'll be ordering the 6LE seats.

I'm so/so on the stock seats. After sitting in them for a while, my lower back starts to hurt. Regardless, I couldn't give a crap less. The ONLY reasons i would switch seats are:
1. Mine end up with a million tears
2. For functionality with a harness.

I find my stock driver seat extremely comfy. With the adjustability in the lumbar & sides along with ability to angle your *** up/down into what ever is most comfy, I just can't see getting any aftermarket seat. Adjustability of the stock driver seat is unmatched in the aftermarket. You can always get the stockers re-covered & add some more foam/different foam if you like also.

I thought about aftermarket seats for a very long time but decided losing all the electronic adjustability wasn't worth the extra work of making a non-adjustable(minus recline angle) fit.

Same here. Unless you're doing it for weight reduction or some other racing benefit, then what's the point?

Mine wouldn't be "that" bad but the side bolsters don't stay inflated very long. After about 5 minutes I'm sliding all over the place.

Pics will be up tomorrow morning I promise...I put the seats in the car because they are very comfortable and supportive, They are in excellent shape, factory seats just dont look as nice, my lumbar would not hold for their lives. I paid 300 Cash for the seats and sold factory seats for 350 Cash. The best part was going to the junkyard to find the 93-97 Seat Tracks I wanted to use...after pulling out the seats I found cash under them which paid for the tracks!
They are also lighter than the factory seats but not by much...my guess would be 5lbs or so...maybe a little more because I lightened up the RSX seats as well...

I apologize again for the delay on pics but will be up in the am manana....

Thanks,
Evan

I don't see the problem with putting these in the car. I bet it was even a racing seat company that made these and acura just put them in. Im excited to see pics. Props bud

First of all, i wanna see this and no pics with a thread sucks ***. Second I'm going to go out on a limb and say most people wouldn't be pissed at all about this if he just posted pics saying "new seats in my WS6". Most people would say "ooo those are really nice, where'd you get them?" Then as soon as he said RSX people would start bitching "damn rice wannabe its not an import arrgaaa" etc... I bet putting Recaro's out of an EVO makes it a cardinal sin too, though they're almost the same as the ones people are sticking in pro-touring first gen camaros. +2 on if they don't say Acura go for it. I absolutely hate about 95% of imports, but just my $.02 Some of ya'll need to lighten up. P.S. post up pics asap, your killing me Smalls!

Do you guys read!? Damn! The brand loyalship is alright to an extent, but holy crap. Be patient, he started a thread probably because he was excited to tell all of us, but he still needs to get pics. Some of your are impatient as hell. We're lucky he's even sharing it with us in the first place.

As far as them coming out of an Acura, who gives a crap, its a seat. After all, weren't our cars not even made in America?!
Can't wait to see pics
