clear corner lenses on camaro

clear corner lenses on camaro anyone know how to take out the turn signal lense? got a friend who wants to put in a clear lense on his 2000 ss.

Re: clear corner lenses on camaro In my opinion, the easiest way to do it is to go in from the top. Take the headlights out and from there the corner lenses are pretty easy to get to. If my memory serves me correct there are three bolts to remove for each headlight and two for the corner lens. This way took me about one hour, and I'm pretty slow/cautious. Trying to go in from the bottom is a PITA.

Fiddled with going in from the bottom.... and it ain't happening! After about an hour of messing with it, and went in from the top, took the headlights out, and was done in about 45 min.
Good luck! I love mine. Now i'm deciding whether or not to go with the clear marker lights for the rear quarter panels or not <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

Re: clear corner lenses on camaro I also did mine from the top but didnt take the headlights out. It took about 30 minutes of wrestling them out. I also have the rear side markers clear and they are sweet.
