The machining of the pulleys is complete, now they need to be polished



The idler is a two pc, I wanted a cover for the bolt


the power steering pulley


The water pump pulley

That is some sweet polishing work, takes some serious work to get those parts to look that nice. Wanna make me a PS pulley?

if the price is right i wouldnt mind a ps pulley depending on how much of a pain it is to put on and if you decide to make a tensioner pulley

I will be making the pullys ( idler & power steering), power brake cover, and power steering cover and probably the ABS cover.

I'm going to start with (10) ea and see how that goes. I should have some solid pricing by next week.

I will probably be making Two of the Lids and Air boxes down the road. Those will be expensive, I still need to get the manufacturing cost down. But I'm guessing some where around $800.00 to $1000.00ea

I know I have been crying about putting my car together........but .......I made a few more parts....but that it!!! Time to finish this turd and get it back together















Tomorrow I will pull off the valve cover and re-polish them and hit the lid and air box one more time and try to clear this stuff
