^^I'll have an aluminum one made by Friday. It will have some mods already but will be the test piece for all the final fitment adjustments...

Wow man, that looks really great! I've been looking for something cool to do with the grille area, but everybody and their brother has the SLP one. I'd be all over this.

Do you have any plans for a license plate mount on this grille? It doesn't look like the stock backing plate would work. The Long Beach cops by me have eagle eyes for that sort of thing.

I was actually considering making this grille with a removable center section. Basically, you would have the LP on the bumper, put the grille over the top and the letter/number part would be framed by the grille.

Then, at a car show you just re attach the center part of the grille...

I think it looks pretty good. I'd like to see a finished product to pass final judgement.

Tyler, I like how you cut the TA bumper. I think some black mesh would look cool.

It will have places to screw on just like every other billet grille... Second prototype is done, I'll swing by and pick it up tomorrow and test fit it, make more changes and then hopefully have a working version by the end of the week...

You could always just use 3M tape and/or a ziptie or two...

Trust me, it will be. A lot more goes into this than bending a few bars, cutting them and then putting a few tack welds in the vertical. Think more a long the lines of the SLP grilles...

The fit of the ABS one doesn't look too great right now, but it's an interesting step in a neat direction.
