Washed, Zainoed, Lifted, and Put New Shoes on the Truck (F350)!!!
As most of you know its hard for me to leave anything STOCK...amazingly enough I road around on stock tires and wheels for over a year on my 08 F350. Well not anymore...last week I installed a 2.5 lift and a set of Greg Weld 20x10s with Pirelli 325/60/20s (around 35x13.5x20s). They combo fits great BUT I want bigger rims so I am probably selling these and getting 24x10s with 35.5x13.5x24s next week for it.
I did get to wash it, got to put some Zaino on it and took some pics today....

Looks good! I like the Super Duties, but I just can't get over that headlight treatment, WTF were they thinking? Other than that great looking truck.
What lift did you use?
I like the current wheel combo, don't go with 24's. Unless you're going with semi truck style wheels (and I don't think even those are 24"), 24's are just ridiculous on a pickup. I don't get the idea of lifting a truck only to put huge wheels and low profile street tires on it. And besides, you've only had them a week, why the sudden change?
I also kind of get a kick out of the fact that your tow rig is worth way more than the show car.

The lift is a Donahue (sp?) Racing lift.
The 24s would not be low profile street tires...they would be the same size and brand tires as these, just with a bigger hole in the middle. I like big wheels...the truck came with 20s stock, I dont know why in the hell I went with stock size wheels anyway. I would sell them now because I got a deal on them and can actually make money on them!
I wouldnt say the truck is worth WAY more than the car...infact I wouldnt sell the car for what the truck cost new. Then again nobody would pay that for it anyway...

LOL...I love the front end. I guess its just a matter of what you like or not.

How do you like the Donahue? I've read good things about thier lifts.
I guess we just have different opinions on wheels. Personally, I like alot of sidewall on 4x4's (I run 15's on my Jeep). I think the 20's look good with the 35's, but IMO a 24" wheel will give the tire too much of a low-pro look.
And I know what you mean about the car...it's obvioous that it means much more to you than just the KBB value.
