Default BLING! BLING!

What have you been missing until now....

Here are some of my latest creations. I put a twist on the usual ported TB's. The TB is fully ported, epoxied, and tweaked for the most flow out of the stock TB housing. However, now they're POWDERCOATED! I'll let the pictures do the talking. Enjoy!

Although the TB looks blue, it's actually translucent purple. It changes color from purple to midnight blue depending upon the light. The translucent colors look just like anodized which is just awesome. The throttle shaft is powdercoated "almost chrome" and looks like polished aluminum to me. The TB looks good in the pics, but they really don't do it justice.

Here is another pic of the "translucent grape (purple) color on my yamaha banshee foot pegs. It's the same color as the TB, only you get a little better idea of what the color really looks like. And YES, I do work on banshees as well from porting/polishing to building & powdercoating.

And the TB in "Almost Crome"!

Just so you have something to compare to here are some Stock TB pics.

Here is one with grape, stock, & chrome side by side.

I'm willing to port/powdercoat a TB for anybody that is interested. I don't think you can beat $139 for all this can you?? Or I can powdercoat yours if you'de like for $50. You can get it in any color you would like including the translucent (like anodized) colors. This stuff is really fun to play around with. Do you want the best? It's helping me to run 10's NA on the stock shortblock (hopefully friday night God willing). Average gains are around 8-10RWHP.

I'll have pics of the MAF & Waterpump/pulley's up soon. Brake calipers & rear-end covers are also in development.

Jantzer Performance....bringing performance/looks with VALUE to the LS1 world.

Somebody hide my checkbook!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL

Actually i hated how the stock TB looked so I painted mine.. looks much better.. i wanted to polish it but I DIDNT what the upkeep..

the "like chrome" one.. is it just polished? is it cleared? in other words do you have to keep on it like wheels?

Im also VERY interested in the pullies and such (for gods sake tell me your doing an idler pully!?!?) If it wasnt for the fact that my waterpump pulley is pressed on it would have been chromed long ago.. (ive always considered swithching to the 98 style pump)..

Anyhow, looks good.. keep us informed

Thanks guys. Here is a link to available colors:

http://www.hotcoat.com/cgi-bin/sgdyn...02043014252967

They seem to come out a little nicer than what you see on hotcoat though. Compare my translucent grape to what's on their website. LOL.

I've always been the "polishing" guy, but now that I've seen the powder coat in "like chrome" & in the cool colors, and the fact that you don't have to keep up on it, I've changed my tune.

The idler will be done as well. I'll get pics up today of the the H20 & whatnot. Maybe in translucent grape with "like chrome" idler.

Steve, it is, since all you have to do is wipe it off, and maybe wax it occasionally!!

Now what can we do about the power steering pulley? (since its pressed on)..
