Default How to restore luster to interior panels?

Most of use drive fbodies, with the minimum age of 7 years. Our plastic interiors have held up pretty strong, but for some us, in sunny areas with cars the remain parked in harsh conditions, our panels begin to fade and haze.

Has anyone found a solution to restore panels to their original color? Sure F21 and the such make it look "new" and dark for a few hours, but fades away. What is the best solution to restoring the black color to interior panels?

you can always use the rattle can or better yet vinyl over them. Other then that i'm not sure there is a whole lot you can do.

Without coloring, I would try different "armor all" type products.
It may take several applications but should work.

Tint the windows - this will prevent most of the issue moving forward.

Clean thoroughly and routinely maintain with something like 303 or paint/cover them.

I found that t-top shades really helped improve the shade and seat temperature when you get in.

I got them here
