Default How to mold fiberglass to urethane???

Im building my own version of the Dick Harrell bumper for the 93-97 camaro.

Now after i shape everything and fiberglass over the foam, how would i go about attaching it to the orig. bumper?

If i sand the bumper enough to make the surface coarse so the fiberglass will hold better, be enough? Or is there something else i can do?

Thanks guys.

it wont hold up no matter what

u would need 2 use a type of urethane or epoxy part 2 mold in
and then it is still tricky

give it a nice sanding, use a good resin, and after you lay out the fiberglass use a nice flexible bondo on top and I don't see why it wouldn't hold.

for something as big as the harrel air dam i dont think it will ever hold up you wouldnt believe how much the bumper flex's especially while driving.

slammed is right you would need a plastic repair of some sort.

i would get one of 6le's splitters, cut a slit across the the bottom of the bumper big enough to slide the splitter through, then mold it in using some form of plastic repair to make sure it bonds to the plastic. i thought about trying this process but i have no camaro
