LED's. In please need help Hey all, I want to do some LED work to the Camaro. I've done some searching but can't find any good write ups, or any good places to buy.
I want to do map lights, and rear license plate bulbs. Any help appreciated. Thank you

Well, I tool off my stock place bulb and wired in 2 white LED flex strips in place. with the 3M tape, the mounted perfectly on the bumper just above the plate. They light up the plate perfectly, and they cannot be seen.
For the map lights, I just replaced the stock bulbs with UV LED bulbs. Didn't want to mess around with disassembling the entire rear view mirror. I also placed 2 12-LED UV flex strips just above the mirror, 3M'd to where the windshield meets the headliner. Came out really good!
...and then...I added a few more LEDs for interior lighting.

I got them from Oznium.com. The lights look really cool when someone gets in wearing anything white! Hella trippy!
And it's great; I took out the stock filament bulb, and tapped all my LEDs to power off the stock bulbs power. All my lighting uses less power that the 1 stock bulb. LED power! Crazy!!!
