Default Best product to bring stainless looking good again?

Is there a product or a way to clean up stainless exhaust and tips? I just purchased a used stainless exhaust system and would like to clean it up before I install it.

I have used Never dull I think its made by Eagle 1. It comes in a small tin and you just tear off enough material for what ever your polishing and buff afterwards. They sell it at walmart in the detailing section. I polished up my QTP's before I had them installed even though they were already highly polished the Never dull took them one step further and made them look almost like chrome.

Here is what it looks like.

Hope this helps.

I have used nevr dull with great results. I have used it on noncoated aluminum rims and stainless steel.
