HID question
Drew
i have the Stage II Kit from www.hids4less.com
i got in when they were giving $100 off, so i paid $699 around Xmas time.
the Stage I kit is cheaper, but the lighting is white compared to the purpleish tint of the Stage II Kit, and the power/etc is more with the Stage II Kit, email me at ls1vettecya@aol.com if you have anymore questions or anything, id be happy to help out
I think it is pretty useless to get the high beams, since you rarely use them. I would never get the highbeam kit on my car, not worth an extra $800, and besides, the lighting with this kit is OUTSTANDING. They light up the whole road by themselves.
The foglights with the headlights is cool, Id love to get the foglights, but they are another $800 or so.
heres a link to what the stage II kit looks like on a BMW M5.
this is the same kit i have on my Camaro.

It does look sick as hell at night, but $800 is a bit steep for some foglights, plus i think with some applications the fogs run too hot, so they aren't available for all cars.
and theres no part# prolly b/c lights arent available for that application.
The transam Stage I is gonna cost around $800, and the Stage II is almost $1000, higher prices because the sealed beams are coverted to an H4 design.
Camaro Stage I is $600 and stage II is $800. It is a lot of money for lights, but it all depends on the person. Remember, there's also guys on the boards with $6K rims <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> hehe
