Default SS hood + spoiler, OEM vs. Aftermarket HELP.

ok so its getting close to the time for me to get an SS hood and spoiler for my 99 NBM Z28 and was wondering is it worth it spending so much to get OEM stuff or are thier nice aftermarket ones that fit good and are functional etc... for a fraction of the price? Trying to decide if i should dish out the money for OEM or save some $$ or get aftermarket and also have money left for other mods. but i want to do it right the first time so i may lean towards the OEM anyway. Opinions? or if anyone knows of a set up for sale let me know thanks

its not going to be a "clone" per say, its till going to have Z28 badges just with the ss hood and spoiler, its just their about a grand or so from GM just for the hood.

Absolutely, positively, 100%, without a freaking doubt go OEM. I've done the aftermarket thing trying to pay a little less and I wanted to put my head through a wall constantly. OEM will fit like a glove. Just go that route.

already orderd a OEM one just an hour ago, iv had aftermarket before too, the spoiler fit good but the hood didnt so much but i got a good deal on them and ended up selling them and making money off it. trying to decide if i want to put on a manta stripe or 35th SS stripes or both?
