Default To stripe or not to stripe .....

I bought a set of white 35th Anniversary stripes to add to my black 2001 SS, but now I'm sure that I want to go this route.

Anyone have any opinions they'd like to share or pics of the same setup they could post?

FYI, The car is black with black anodized FM5's and no SS badges on it anywhere.

Thanks for your thoughts/opinions and pics!

I'd do it with silver stripes. That'll look better on black than white stripes. Maybe they'll exchange them for another color.

I thought about that, but the suspension parts, pillar/dash guages and shift **** are all white so I was trying to stay consistent.

So it's pretty much white or nothing!

And that's the dilemma.

The silver really would look the best. There'd be nothing wrong with not having white stripes on your car.

Dude, Listen to Mark Have you seen his car?
He also make some awsome appearance items.

White works with Dark Blue but with Black
its silver maybe red.

Here's my stripe

I don't know if you have this link but shows some good pics of 35th stripes
I like the sparkly silver ones

35th stripes

When you do put them on make sure you don't get them to close together on lower front of the car
that looks kinda cheesy!!!!!

Hmm, on a black car, flat black stripes! It'll look super mean. But hey I'm into the old musclecars with the hood black outs on the black cars, like this one pic I saw of a black 69 hemi road runner with hood black out, oooooooo. Makes me weak in the knees. Just my opinion though.
Good Luck

I agree with the silver idea.. I think I have a photshopped pic of a black 35th LE (silver stripes).. email me and I will send it

I also dont think silver stripe would mess with your black & white color scheme since silver is a metalic color you can get away with it

Although the design is more like the 30th not the 35th!
