Stripe(s) on an SS??

Stripe(s) on an SS?? Anyone have a stripe or stripes on there SS? I'm looking to make my car a bit more "flashy", and I don't like the look of the 35th cars. I've seen guys with just one stripe on the SS hood. What do you guys have/like??
Re: Stripe(s) on an SS?? There are TONS of designs to choose from.. the most common are the "Z28" style like those found on the Berger Camaros..
I wanted something more subtle.. so I designed a stinger style for the hood and rear spoiler strip to tie it all together..
The Hood stripe can be seen here:

They were painted on.. Its hard to see in the pic the but the large stripe is outlined with a small (1/8 inch) stripe..

I think you should just search the board for ideas.. Search for "show my pics of your car" type threads.. look here, the SLP board, LS1.com (large archive) and such.. Or take a design you like and do a variation of it.. There was a guy who had a site with a huge "modification guide".. Re: Stripe(s) on an SS?? I bought a set of silver stripes for my Black SS. Before I put them on, a lynch mob had formed to stop me. One member of the car club I am in stated that we strive for more black, not less black. Seeing that my SS has blackouts on the head and taillights, tinted windows...though I mostly run around on Welds, I am currently searching for some Gran Sport Vette wheels for street duty. Guess, the black theme is king around here. Do what you want. My car stands out from others because I give em a serious whoopin!
