So I always kinda like the gs stripes on the f-bodys but never liked how skinny most of them were and some just were to far spaced apart.

Well 2 of my buddies recently got vettes and one of them wanted some GS stripes on it so he had some vinyl laying around and did it gloss black. Turned real nice so i'm like why not.

Went and bought some Flat black vinyl and went to town. My buddies black c5 turned out great with the flat and the GS stripes on mine are growing on me. But i debadged my car and it needed something.

Mine are 4in long and the further back one is 5in w/ about a 1/2 in. between them. The vettes are about 3 1/4 and 3 3/4in and not sure how much in between.

I just love the flat black on top of gloss black

 

they look good. Just so you know, since you said how some are skinny and placed too far apart, the propper dimensions are to have each stripe 2 inches wide, with a 1 inch gap. Thats the way they are on the actual GS vettes, and the good looking fbods and the kits you can buy and stuff, they are all like this. The new Z06 i dont know, but your looks good!

I like; the wider stripes seem to look better on the f-body fender than those skinny ones I've seen. Take a whole pic of the side and post up.

I realize they aren't the true dimensions, but the fender is to big for the true dimensions in my eyes on a f-body fender. I will work on getting a pic of the whole side.

Also will try and get some pics of my buddies black out C5 with them on.
