Angry Rear passenger quarter panel rattling!!

Does anyone know how to tighten up the rear quarter panel on the passenger side of the car? The Borla exhaust is making the panel vibrate and not only is it annoying, it sounds embarassing!
Please help!

Is it really the panel? I though I had the same problem as you, but it wound up being the POS jack and lug wrench that is by the spare tire. I ditched all that stuff and my rattling went away.

when I put my new rear panel on I found that the jack and the brakelight were not all that tight. when I put everything back together no more rattle. If your 1/4 panel is not tight you have some real problems , my guess is that it is something inside the 1/4 panel

Could it possibly be the borla hitting the heat sheild for the gas tank? Does it mostly do it at idle & on intial accel???

I took out the jack and tire, so it's not that.

The space between the exhaust and heat shield is very small. I can't adjust the pipes because they're almost bonded together by the heat. Any ideas how to loosen them up?? Also, I don't think it's the heat sheild because the rattle became significantly less once I removed the jack and tire.

As for something in the quarter panel, how do I take that off??

Thanks guys!
