So that would be alot of help.

Thinking of getting rid of the firehawk hood.

This is exactly what i was looking for.

This is the first i heard of that the WS9 was taller than the WS6 hood

He got the WS9 Outlaw. There is the standard WS9 hood that is the same height as the WS6 hood and there is the "Outlaw" version.

Not sure how much shipping is but the shop is located in Illinois, jus' west of Chicago. The WS9 hood is the same as the WS6 in height but they have side vents. The WS9 outlaw is taller with the side vents.

Thank you both for answering my question.

Is there anybody else to get the outlaw from.

Can you get a WS6 outlaw also?

Thanks again.

You can get a True Fiber WS9 hood, I forgot wich sponser has it though. And no there is no WS6 Outlaw hood, but you can call VFN and see if they can make you one. As far as shipping just call and ask them.

Be careful on the shipping charges. I was told it would be $90-110 in shipping to a business address. If i was to go to a residential address it was almost $100 dollars more. I of course, had my hood shipped to a business...only to be charged $153 dollars!!!!

Thanks for the complimant, and yah,yah I know it looks like a 4X4. I am gonna do the hose mod on the rear springs and probably cut enough coil off the fronts to drop an inch. Thats only till I can save for some coil overs.

I'm starting to favor this hood. I was fixated on a US exotics Superhawk, but I don't think that is ever going to happen considering the logistics behind trying to get one.

I'd need to see it in person first before committing though.

Any more pics of the hood, say not using a camera phone? Sorry, your car is pewter, which gives me a damn good idea what it would look like on mine.

I love, just want to be sure.
Thanks.

No problem. I understand being busy. I've got a 1 and 2.5 year old that keep me busier than I can describe.
