Question Make 2000 WS6 Fogs not flash when unlock??

Hey I am planning on converting my low beams and fog lights to HID's. However I've had HID's before and I know its bad for them to flash off and on multiple times.. this can cause damage and make them stop working all together. SO I was wondering if anybody knows how to make the foglights NOT flash when you lock/unlock your doors..

Change the power to the fog lamp relay to an ignition source instead of constant power.

(or turn off the switch)
